Analytics Platforms Creative Direction
Unifying Nike HR's analytics platforms, WIN, Reportal, and Hopper, under one identity
The Problem
Nike HR's analytics lived across separate platforms, WIN, Reportal, and Hopper, with no shared identity. Fragmented tools make the data feel fragmented too. This was one piece of a bigger, five-year effort I led inside Nike HR: simplifying, unifying, and reducing an internal ecosystem of 2,600+ websites and apps into something coherent.
The Work
Creative direction and a full brand system to unify the platforms: logo and brand-mark design (the Hopper mark, "organizational modeling & planning"), and an application-tile system in light and dark themes, sized for everything from a hero down to a navigation-bar icon where text would be illegible. One identity across WIN, Reportal, and Hopper, so that one source of truth also looked like one.
Impact
One coherent identity across WIN, Reportal, and Hopper, so that a single source of truth finally looked like one. It was one thread of the larger, five-year effort I led to simplify and unify Nike HR's internal ecosystem of 2,600+ sites and apps.
